Yes, all our staff regardless of position wears a uniform. Our "TSZ Manpower" logo is large and very noticeable so that we are easily identifiable.
Yes, all our staff goes through a thorough criminal background check process before they are hired.
A site visit is not required in most cases once the areas are specified. However, there may be specific jobs that do require a site visit. This include spaces that are over 2,000SF.
Yes, same day booking is available with an additional fee, however such bookings cannot be made on our website. Please call our mobile line, 722-6983, by 10am on the day you would like the service. Same day services are available Monday through Friday.
Absolutely, we prefer that you give us a heads up at least 24 hours in advance of a change in your plans. However, we understand that emergencies happen and cancellations with less that 24 hours notice will be handled on a case by case basis.
Yes, we clean both commercial and residential properties.
Yes, we do with a turnaround time of 48hrs on rugs which is done off-site. Furniture is cleaned on site at the time of service.
Yes! However many services do require a downpayment before we deploy our staff. Downpayments required vary by service. Balance and final payments can be made after job completion via WiPay, online bank transfer or in cash.

Yes, all our staff goes through a thorough criminal background check process before they are hired.
Our officers undergo a rigorous training program inclusive of physical skills training, unarmed skills training, self-defense and customer service training. All officers participate in a robust bi-weekly physical sessions focused on conditioning and the maintenance of fitness and tactical skills to properly defend themselves and others in the unfortunate event of any harmful attacks or adverse situations.
TSZ uses state of the art body cams, long-range top of the line walkie talkies and security guard tour patrol systems.
Our security officers MUST check in and off duty using our wireless communication system, that verifies the officer’s location and keeps a record of when the officer is on duty. TSZ has supervisors out in the field that routinely monitor the performance of all team members at their locations.
Yes. All our officers are neatly uniform, inclusive of shirts with a visible company logo. In addition we can offer a softer/concierge style uniform consisting of a blazer. Our Executive Protection services are usually provided by plain-clothes officers, unless otherwise requested.

A station diary is present at all locations for each shift. Incident reports will be provided if some of sort of security violation occurs. This would consist of any criminal activity, any property loss or damage, any falls or injuries occurring on the property. Electronic reporting can be provided to clients.
